Allow parents to choose after school clubs for their child or children in SchoolsBuddy using our unique preference-based system. Being able to make more than one choice per day, in preference order, parents are able to make sure their children have a club on any particular day. SchoolsBuddy will intelligently allocate clubs to children based on these preferences at a single click of a button. Manual allocations also be made, and payments taken for any clubs which have a charge. Clubs will automatically populate the parent diary and attendance registers generated.
Parents Evening Bookings
Our parents evening system links to your MIS to use teacher and subject classes to generate parents evening appointments. Adjustable appointment lengths, printable staff schedules and simple appointment blocking for breaks makes admin a breeze. Double bookings are eliminated by automatically blocking other appointments at the same time. Parents can book for more than one child within a single login.
